You'll Need:

- 1 cup chocolate
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4/5 cup whipping cream
- 14 Oreo cookies (or any similar cookies with a high cocoa content)
- mint to garnish

Here's How:

1. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream cheese and vanilla extract. Then carefully fold the mixture into the whipped up cream.

2. Split the Oreos in half (as many do anyway!). Scrape away the filling and eat it up — the filling isn't need for our Chocolate Mousse Flower Pots. Crush up the cookies until they have a soil like consistency.

3.Fill up drinking glasses with the chocolate mousse and sprinkle the cookie soil on top. For the finishing touch, "plant" a sprig of mint into the soil.
