You'll Need (for 6 servings):

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4.5 oz shredded cheddar
- ⅓ cup chives
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt und pepper

Here's How:

1. Peel and grate the potatoes and add to a bath of ice water. Stir and soak for 10 minutes. This will make the potatoes extra crispy later.

2. Pour out the water and squeeze out the excess. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

3. Take a good handful of shredded potato mixture and form it into an oval, then place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F.
