MANILA - Still on his wheelchair, freed Abu Sayyaf hostage Australian Warren Rodwell went to the Department of Justice Monday morning to execute a sworn statement regarding his abduction. State Prosecutor Aristotle Reyes said the move was recommended by the Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group.
