Episode 23: Open Technical Institutes #businessmodels

In this topic we discuss the possibility of a day when we can any one genuinely interested in studying anything, actually pursue it's Dream, no matter if it clears the entrance test or not, also no age limit and Time duration of the course. It's a bold idea but can be made possible if universities open their laboratories and experimentation rooms for public use in slots, and government makes all resources and study materials open and online for all.
