The BMW Digital Key is available for top-of-the-range NFC-capable Samsung Galaxy smartphones running Android 8.0 and above. Alternatively, the BMW Key Card can be used. This sophisticated option also features NFC technology and so offers the same functionality as a suitably equipped smartphone. All of which makes it ideal for visits to the workshop or valet parking at a hotel or restaurant.
