From the South: The Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza says that the Non-Aligned Movement meeting in Caracas was a success, and that US efforts to pressure delegates not to attend ended in failure. Representatives from 120 countries participated in the summit, and were joined by guests including China and Russia.
