If government issues its own digital currency, it still won't be cryptocurrency, says cyber law expert NS Nappinai

The government is readying a bill to ban, control and regulate cryptocurrencies in the country. While the panel is batting for cryptocurrencies to be banned, it has however asked the government to keep an open mind to officially set up an official digital currency in India. CNBC-TV18 spoke with NS Nappinai Cyber Law Expert to discuss the implications.
