Experts discuss Andhra Pradesh government's PPA review

The Andhra Pradesh government has decided to review the orders of power purchase agreements entered into during the previous tenure of N Chandrababu Naidu and the industry is in a fix about its investments made in the state. Pramod Deo, former chairperson of CERC and Ashok Khurana, director general of Association of Power Producers spoke at length about what additional problems this throws up for power generators.
