ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರೆಬೆಲ್ ಶಾಸಕರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲು ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ರಮೇಶ್ ಕಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ವಿಳಂಬ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ತೀರ್ಪು ಬಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಮತ ಯಾಚನೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
