A recent study has found that the number of hospital visits for low blood pressure rises one-point-one percent for every one degree Celsius increase in daily average temperature.
The Seoul National University College of Medicine confirmed the correlation through its study of more than 130-thousand appointments for hypotension and changes in heat.
Researchers say it's the first study to reveal that one of the reasons behind the increased number of deaths due to cardiovascular disease is because of a rise in the occurrence of low blood pressure.
