Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or so the saying goes. Technically the Delta S4 is the most lavishly designed race car. The S4 developed by Aurelio Lampredi and Claudio Lombardi is entered in 1986 as a successor to the Lancia Rally 037 in the Group B.
