Former Santubong PKR Youth leader Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz has been remanded for six days to facilitate police investigations into a sex video implicating Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Azmin Ali.

According to federal CID director Huzir Mohamed, five others have also been remanded in connection with the case.

Huzir said police obtained the remand order against the six at the Kuala Lumpur Magistrates' Court this morning.

"The six are being remanded to facilitate investigation under Section 292A of the Penal Code," he told Malaysiakini.
