Chinese businesses ‘no longer interested in learning from overseas companies’, says Oliver Wyman Group CEO

Chinese companies are now much less interested in learning from businesses abroad, as China’s market matures and nationalism kicks in, according to Scott McDonald, president and CEO of global management consultancy Oliver Wyman Group. With caution heightened by the trade war, they are looking inward, while expansion to south-east Asia gets a boost, Mr McDonald told the South China Morning Post.
