An auto-reconditioning plant in the south of France is taking old cars and making them go va va vroom again, all on an industrial scale. "A reconditioned used vehicle means you have a vehicle with all the guarantees, with a budget that is obviously much lower than a new vehicle," says Nicolas Chartier, co-founder of Aramis Auto in France's Drôme region.
