The world's second-worst outbreak is still ongoing

The Ebola outbreak in The Democratic Republic of Congo is still ongoing. The WHO has yet to label it as a global health emergency, but not everyone agrees with the organization - especially with the threat of the disease spreading to neighboring countries.
