New Zealand won the World Cup 2019 Semi-Final match against India by 18 runs knocking them out of the tournament on Wednesday at Old Trafford in Manchester, England. Resuming on 211/5 today, New Zealand finished on 239/8 in their 50 overs after rain interrupted play at 46.1 overs into their innings on Tuesday. Kiwis had won the toss and elected the bat first.Ross Taylor was the only bright spot for New Zealand as he hit a 90-ball 74 before being run out by a direct hit from Ravindra Jadeja in the 48th over. Apart from him Kane Williamson scored 67 runs.For India, Ravindra Jadeja scored 77 runs the highest and MS Dhoni hit a half century. Among the bowlers, India's Bhuvneshwar Kumar scalped three wickets while Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja and Yuzvendra Chahal plucked one wicket each.For New Zealand, Matt Henry plucked three wickets, Trent Boult and Mitchell Santner two each and James Neesham and Lockie Ferguson claimed one each.
