CM Jagan thinks that the administration should be put on hold since the administration took over in AP, laziness of the some IAS officials ..that it is not possible . Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy seems to be deeply unhappy with the way some IAS officers are expected to be active in his administration.This has led many IAS officers to tense about when CM Jagan will take a decision. In many districts, the farmers have been agitated. However, the chief minister is said to be impatient with the lack of drift among IAS officers on the issue.
