For Rice
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Plain Flour
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Rice (boiled)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Onion (chopped)
1/2 Carrot (chopped)
1/2 Capsicum (chopped)
1/2 cup Corn (boiled)
1 tsp Oregano

For Stir Fry Vegetables
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1/2 Red Bell pepper (diced)
1/2 Green Bell pepper (diced)
6-8 French Beans (chopped)
3 Baby Corns (sliced)
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Carrot (julienne)
8-10 Basil Leaves

Method: Let's start with heating up the Butter in the pan then add Plain Flour mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes. Next, add Milk (don't add it once) then mix it properly and cook it for 2-3 minutes (as shown in the video) after 3 minutes add Cheese (grated), Rice (boiled), Salt, Black Pepper Powder. Next, very carefully toss this together then add Onion (chopped), Carrot (chopped), Capsicum (chopped), Corn (boiled) now mix all together properly then add Oregano and mix it again. Now your Rice is done. Next, let's make Stir fry vegetable for which add Butter in the Pan once heated add Garlic (chopped), Onion (chopped), Red Bell pepper (diced), Green Bell pepper (diced), French Beans (chopped), Baby Corns (sliced) mix it all together then add Salt, Oregano, Red Chilli Flakes, Red Chilli Sauce and Black Pepper Powder
cook the vegetables till they're half done then add Carrot (julienne), Basil Leaves and your stir fry is done. Now your Tiffin Rice Bowl is ready to pack.
