Recipe:

1 cup almond flour

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

2 tbls pumpkin spice seasoning

½ cup pumpkin puree

3 eggs

½ cup sugar replacement

1 tbsp vanilla



1) Preheat oven to 350 F.

2) Mix almond flour, salt and baking soda together.

3) In a separate bowl mix pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar replacement, and vanilla.

4) Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until completely smooth. Once everything is incorporated add pumpkin spice and mix.

5) Butter or grease a loaf pan. Add mixture. Optional* add pumpkin seeds on top.

6) Bake for 40-45 minutes or until completely cooked.

7) Let cool completely before serving.
