North Korea says U.S. 'hell-bent on hostile acts' despite wanting to talk

North Korea and the U.S. have agreed to resume denuclearization talks,... but that wasn't enough to stop Pyeongyang's mission to the UN accusing Washington on Wednesday of being (quote) "more and more hell-bent on hostile acts".
The statement by envoy Kim Song was responding to a U.S. accusation that the regime breached a cap on refined petroleum imports,... and Washington's letter to all UN members states last month that called for all North Korean workers abroad to be sent home.
The North Korean envoy's statement added all member states have to stay vigilant against deliberate attempts by the U.S. to undermine the peaceful atmosphere on the Korean Peninsula."
