India won their match against Bangladesh by 28 runs at Birmingham's Edgbaston Cricket Ground in England on Tuesday. Earlier, Indian skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and decided to bat first. At the end of their stipulated 50 overs, men in blue had scored 314 for 9. Rohit Sharma scored 104 the highest for India. Apart from him Lokesh Rahul and Rishabh Pant scored 77 and 48 respectively. For Bangladesh, Shakib Al Hasan with 66 runs was the top scorer. Apart from him Mohammad Saifuddin scored 51. Among the bowlers Bangladesh's Mustafizur Rahman scalped 5 wickets while Shakib Al Hasan, Rubel Hossain and Soumya Sarkar claimed one each. While India's, Jasprit Bumrah scalped 4 wickets, Hardik Pandya 3, and Mohammed Shami, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Yuzvendra Chahal one each.
