Muddy floodwaters submerge houses after heavy rain in Mariveles, Bataan, the Philippines on July 1.
Resident Joanne Balaoro said that the downpour started at around 10am then the water level rose rapidly.
Floods covered the first-floor of neighbouring properties and the ground floor of the compound she lives in.
Joanne said: ''The water seemed to have come from the mountains as it was muddy. I hope it doesn't get any higher than this.''
