Ocasio-Cortez Questions Ivanka Trump's 'Career Qualification' Over Her Awkward Conversation Attempt With World Leaders

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez slammed Ivanka Trump in a tweet.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has blasted Ivanka Trump's presence at the G20 summit of world leaders.
"It may be shocking to some, but being someone's daughter actually isn't a career qualification," Ocasio-Cortez tweeted Saturday.
"It hurts our diplomatic standing when the President phones it in & the world moves on," Ocasio-Cortez continued. "The US needs our President working the G20. Bringing a qualified diplomat couldn't hurt either."
Ocasio-Cortez's post was a reaction to a video posted online where Ivanka Trump can be seen trying to join a conversation held by French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Theresa May, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and IMF head Christine Lagarde.
The first daughter's attempts were not considered to be successful by some, with Newsweek writing that "Lagarde can be seen dismissing a smiling Ivanka as she fails to join the circle of world leaders."
