Today, June 29 is being celebrated as the national statistics day and the government has released the handbook of national indicator framework which has been developed by ministry of statistics and program implementation. Sapna Das caught up with minister of state Rao Inderjit Singh and asked him about the new statistical policy being worked out by the ministry and how quickly does he think the government will approve it.
