As the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) organised 'Dharma Sabha' is all set to commence today, the security has been heightened in Ayodhya with thousands of police and paramilitary personnel keeping a strict watch to keep the situation under control.

Uttar Pradesh police have been on their toes and are monitoring the processions that are taking place at Ayodhya. This is expected to be the largest gathering in the town since 1992 when thousands of Kar Sevaks had razed the Babri Masjid.
