Crab Cakes and Kitchen Hacks

Low carb and crab cakes are ready for you to try! My family is from Maryland I grew up eating blue crab. Finally, I decided to make my favorite childhood recipe keto. Crabcakes.

I use high-quality crab meat (fresh is best but I'm nowhere near Maryland) I like Whole Foods: Pontchartrain Blue Crab, Regular Lump Crab Meat

And as a Keto breadcrumb replacement? I use pork rinds. And Epic has some REALLY good ones.

The overtime is really dependent on the size of the crab cakes. I would go, high temp, low time. (to get that crispy outside)
