Video shows dramatic moment Georgia police find an abandoned newborn girl alive inside a plastic bag. The girl, whom Forsyth county sheriff's office referred to as Baby India, "is thriving" and in the care of the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services, the office said in a tweet.
