Anuj Puri of Anarock on BKC land deal

There are news reports of a record bid for a 3-acre land in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex. Reports indicate that the Japanese company Sumitomo has submitted a bid worth Rs 2,238 crore for a 3-acre plot in BKC. This is one of the largest deals that we have seen if it does go through. Anuj Puri, chairman of Anarock spoke at length about the deal and the latest happenings in the real estate market.
