Method for Pav Bhaji Buns -

Start by heating 1 tbsp of Butter in a pan. Add 1 Onion (finely chopped) when butter starts to melt. Once the Onions are half cooked add 1 tsp of Garlic paste and cook it for few minutes. Add 1/2 Capsicum (finely chopped). Followed by 1/2 cup Cauliflower (chopped) 1 Carrot (chopped) and 1/2 cup of Green Peas. Mix everything together. After mixing, add 2 raw and grated Potatoes. Add Salt according to taste and let the vegetables cook for a while. After 2-3 mins add in 1&1/2 cup of water. Cover it and let vegetables cook for 5 mins. After 5 mins add 3 tomatoes (boiled & pureed). Next add in seasoning ingredients like 1 tbsp of Pav Bhaji Masala and 1/2 tbsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli powder. Mix it well. Cook it on low flame for 10 mins. Meanwhile start coring the breads/pav. After 10 mins of cooking mash the vegetables using a masher and turn of the flame. Let the Bhaji cool down before stuffing it in the buns. Stuff the cool bhaji in core of the buns and top it off with grated cheese. Coat the buns with melted butter and they're ready to go in the oven for baking @ 180 for 6-7 mins.
Lip smacking buns are ready to be served.

1 tbsp Butter
1 Onion (finely chopped)

2 Potatoes (raw & grated)
Salt to taste
1&1/2 cup Water
3 tomatoes (boiled & pureed)
1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1/2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
Mini Buns/Pav/Bread loaves
Recommended
