Ingredients -
1/2 cup Split Pigeon Peas
1/4 cup Red Lentils
1/4 cup Yellow Split Gram
1/4 cup Split Gram Dal
1 cup Fenugreek Leaves
10-15 Mint Leaves
75 gms Pumpkin (chopped)
75 gms Brinjal (chopped)
Water

5 tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
4 Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
4 Tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 kg Mutton
Salt

For Garam Masala
2 Inches Cinnamon
1 tbsp Corriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
7-8 Cloves
10 Pepper Corns
1/4 tsp Black Mustard Seeds

Method: Let's start with pouring saoked Split Pigeons Peas, Red Lentils, Yellow Split Gram, Split Gram Dal together into the Cooker with Fenugreek Leaves, Mint Leaves, Pumpkin (chopped), Brinjal (chopped) add some Water and pressure cook this till the Dals are done. Next let's prepare the Mutton in the cooker for which add Oil, let it get hot then add Bay Leaves, Onions (chopped). Now saute them till the Onions get golden brown then add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste again saute this for few moments till the smells goes off. Now add Tomatoes (chopped) mix it all together and then add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala. Next saute this for a minute then add Mutton and saute again with the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes then add Water, Salt. Now pressure cook the Mutton for 3-4 whistles then put it on a low flame for 10 minutes. Next mess the Dal with each other properly (as shown in the video) and add the Dal to the Mutton. Next mix it properly and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes add the Salt again for Dal. Next, your Mutton Dhansak is ready to serve.
