North Korea provided a lavish welcome for Chinese President Xi Jinping as he arrived in North Korea for a two-day state visit. Tens of thousands of North Koreans lined the streets of Pyongyang to greet Xi after he was met at Pyongyang Sunan International Airport by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and his wife Ri Sol-ju.
