The events of the deadly military crackdown on the protest site outside the army HQ, where armed men in pick-up trucks stormed into the Khartoum protest camp, shooting and beating hundreds of Sudanese demonstrators in the early hours of June 3, still haunts protesters who witnessed the violence.
