at Toronto Raptors Parade The four victims suffered "non-life threatening"
injuries, according to Toronto Police Chief
Mark Saunders. Police arrested three people in two separate
incidents connected to the shooting. About 1.5 million fans were in attendance
for the parade in downtown Toronto. The rally was a celebration of the Raptors
first NBA championship in franchise history. The shooting affected a small group of people
and "the vast majority didn't even know
this happened," according to Saunders. Videos on social media showed
