[DE] Udaipur, die Stadt der Seen, das Venedig des Ostens, im indischen Bundesstaat Rajasthan gelegen, verzaubert seine Besucher mit einer Unmenge an Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man sich gar nicht alle in 3 Tagen ansehen kann. Unser kleiner Fotospaziergang beginnt bei dem wichtigsten Gebäude der Stadt, dem Stadtpalast, in dem bis heute im südlichen Bereich der Maharadscha von Mewar wohnt. Auf dem direkt westlich des Palastes gelegenen Pichola-See unternehmen wir eine Bootsfahrt um das weltberühmte Taj Lake Palace Hotel mitten im See zum Jag Mandir Palast, der auf einer Insel im See liegt. Hier können Sie sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen, das Lustschloss dient heute als Restaurant. Wieder zurück an Land, führt unser Spaziergang vom Jagdish-Tempel nach Norden zum Saheliyon Ki Bari, dem „Garten der Jungfern“. Den Abschluss bildet die Mausoleums-Anlage Mahasatiyan im Osten der Stadt im Stadtbezirk Ganapati-Nagar, Stadtteil Shabri-Colony.

Our small photo gallery walk starts at the most important building in the city, the gorgeous city palace, where in the southern part still lives the Maharaja of Mewar. After that we make a boat tour on Pichola Lake around the world-famous Taj Lake Palace Hotel in the middle of the lake and going to the Jag Mandir Palace, which is located on an island in the lake. Back on land, our walk leads us from the Jagdish Temple, north to the Saheliyon Ki Bari, the "Garden of the Maids". The final point of our walk is the mausoleum complex Mahasatiyan in the east of the city in the Ganapati-Nagar, district Shabri-Colony.

Après cela, nous faisons une promenade en bateau sur le lac Pichola autour du hôtel célèbre Taj Lake Palace au milieu du lac et nous allons au palais Jag Mandir, situé sur une île dans le lac. Depuis débarquer, notre promenade mène du temple de Jagdish au nord jusqu'à Saheliyon Ki Bari, le "Jardin des vierges“. Le dernier point de notre promenade est le complexe mausolée Mahasatiyan à l'est de la ville dans l’ arrondissement Ganapati-Nagar, quartier Shabri-Colony.
