LOS ANGELES, CA – The LAPD is reportedly investigating an incident involving Lil Xan, a strap, and a Tupac Shakur comment. A confrontation took place at a 7-11 in downtown Los Angeles on Friday (June 7) after a man asked why Xan once called the late Hip Hop legend “boring.”
