Mike Tyson is the youngest boxer to become world heavyweight champion at 20 years old when he knocks out Trevor Berbick in 1986, bagging the WBC strap after scoring multiple knockdowns against an overwhelmed Berbick. Then in 1987, he bagged the WBA and IBF belts scoring decisions over James Smith and Tony Tucker. This made him the first boxer to unify the WBA, IBF and WBC titles.

At his best, he was an unstoppable force who often won via early knockouts. Here is a list of his fastest KO wins;

1)Eddie Richardson (1 minute, 17 seconds)
2)Lorenzo Canady (1 minute, 5 seconds)
3)Sterling Benjamin (54 seconds)
4)Trent Singleton (52 seconds)
5)Mark Young (50 seconds)
6)Clifford Etienne (49 seconds)
7)Michael Johnson (39 seconds)
8)Ricardo Spain (39 seconds)
9)Robert Colay (37 seconds)
10)Marvis Frazier (30 seconds)

Note: Although the outcome of his fight with Lou Savarese was ruled a TKO1 at 0.38 but due to the questionable nature of the fight I have chosen not to include it in this compilation.

Tyson retired with a final record stood of 50(44)-6 in June 2005 after a 20 year career that spanned across 3 different decades; 1980s, 1990s & 2000s where he defeated notable oppositions in Trevor Berbick, Michael Spinks, Larry Holmes, Frank Bruno, Carl Williams, Marvis Frazier, Tony Tubbs, Pinklon Thomas, James Smith, Tony Tucker, Tyrell Biggs, Jose Ribalta, James Tillis, Henry Tillman, Alex Stewart, Francois Botha, Lou Savarese, Clifford Etienne, Frank Bruno (2x) & Donovan Ruddock (2x).
