Barack Obama Steals NBA Finals
Spotlight in Drake's Hometown
of Toronto The former president was greeted with
a standing ovation and "MVP" chant
during Game 2 of the NBA Finals. Obama and Drake exchanged a handshake
and a few words before tip-off. The former president was seated next to
NBA commissioner Adam Silver. Drake didn't draw as much attention as Game 1, when he got into a verbal altercation with
Warriors forward Draymond Green. Warriors stars Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson
were seen taunting Drake in the tunnel
after Game 2. Drake wore a shirt
with an image of
Macaulay Culkin
from 'Home Alone'
and the words,
"Kevin?!?!?", a reference to Kevin Durant, who has been
out since last month with a calf injury. Game 3 of the NBA Finals will be in Oakland
on Wednesday night with the series tied 1-1.
