Like many places in the world, Hong Kong has put its own special stamp on the hugely popular Italian combo of toppings on a flat dough base, known as pizza. Major restaurant chains like Pizza Hut and California Pizza Kitchen have come up with toppings meant to appeal to Hongkongers. The offerings are creative, to say the least – with tuna and Thousand Island dressing among the not-so-tempting toppings you can find.
