TNB says will investigate complaints and urges consumers to lodge reports

Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has assured that it will investigate some 14,000 complaints received over billing issues. The electricity provider told a press conference on Friday that consumers can also come forward to lodge reports on the matter.
