Bolivia: restored funerary towers returned to local community

'Chullpas,' ancient Aymara funerary towers, are put back in the hands of the local community after being carefully restored by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, during a handing over ceremony at the Condor Amaya archaeological site, 130km south of La Paz.
