Lamar Odom Details His Addiction and Infidelity
Issues in New Book In his book, 'Darkness to Light,' the former
NBA star admits he used women "as an escape." Odom, who lost his mother as a
young teenager, writes that he
"wanted, but couldn't find love." In a span of one week, the 39-year-old says
he would sleep with as many as six women. Odom adds that he also spent a lot of money
on abortions. He admits he was happiest after marrying Khloe Kardashian. But their marriage eventually ended
seven years later due to his infidelity and drug issues. In recent interviews, Odom has said the divorce from Kardashian still
bothers him. He adds that he wishes he could have handled everything more maturely. Odom writes that his problems were a
mixture of his NBA career winding down,
addiction and increased media exposure.
