New Zealand bowlers restricted India to 179 with Trent Boult scalping four and Jimmy Neesham taking three wickets. Ravindra Jadeja was the pick of the Indian batsman as he scored a masterful 54. Earlier, India won the toss and opted to bat first in their first warm-up match of World Cup 2019 against New Zealand at the Kennington Oval. Both Vijay Shankar and Kedar Jadhav were excluded because of injuries as India decided to use 13 of their 15 players in the Warm-up game.
