Former Pahang Ruler’s remains arrives home state, to be buried in Pekan on Thursday

The remains of Paduka Ayahanda Sultan Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah ibni Al Marhum Sultan Abu Bakar Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mu'adzam Shah arrived at the Kuantan Air base at 7.25 Wednesday evening.

The hearse carrying the remains then made its way to the Istana Abu Bakar in Pekan.

The late Ruler's remains will be buried at the royal burial grounds next to the Sultan Ahmad Shah Mosque in the town after Zohor prayers on Thursday.
