to First Win of Eastern Finals
Over Bucks Leonard scored 36 points in 52 minutes
in Sunday's 118-112 double-overtime win
over the Milwaukee Bucks. The Toronto Raptors star also had nine rebounds,
five assists and made 12-13 free throws. Leonard apparently injured his leg in the
first quarter and could be seen grimacing
in double-overtime. Nick Nurse, Raptors coach, via statement Leonard had a blocked shot and two steals,
including a breakaway dunk to give the
Raptors a 108-105 lead. Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo was held
to just 12 points on 5-of-16 shooting. Antetokounmpo fouled out in double-overtime,
while his teammate Kyle Lowry fouled out
in the fourth quarter. The Raptors and Bucks will meet in Game 4 of
the Eastern Conference finals on Tuesday night.
