Diver shows off how to close the shells of giant clams with bubble rings

While snorkelling off the coast of India a diver was able to close the shells of giant clams by blowing horizontal bubble rings.

The video, filmed on April 29, shows the diver being able to blow out the bubble rings towards the clams, triggering their reflex instincts to shut when threatened.

The filmer commented: "This is completely useless and takes some time to learn. It is fun though."
