How to Disable your Webcam on Windows 10?

Method 1:

Step 1: Press 'Windows + r' key on the keyboard to get run window.

Step 2: Type 'devmgmt.msc' without quotes, and then click on 'ok' button.

Step 3: Find the 'Cameras', and then click on it to expand it.

Step 4: Select the 'Camera' that you want to disable, Right click on it.

Step 5: Click on 'Disable Device' and then click on 'ok' button in next window.


Method 2:

Step 1: Click on the 'search' box in Taskbar.

Step 2: Type 'Settings', and click on 'Settings' app to open it.

Step 3: Click on 'privacy' tile, and then click on 'Camera'.

Step 4: Click on 'Change' button, and then click on 'Toggle' to make it off.


It's done.
