Severe droughts are affecting Angola and North Korea

Severe droughts in Angola and North Korea are putting people at risk of starvation. North Korea has even called for a mass mobilization to combat the drought. But according to UNICEF, a lack of funding is hampering the efforts to assist countries suffering from droughts.
