Yashwant Sinha, Arun Shourie, Prashant Bhushan have file affidavit in rafale review case. Affidavit claims CBI did not investigate the case despite complaint. It also said that CAG report should be considered in light of reactions. Affidavit questioned CAG report and said that it is silent on parallel negotiations. It also says CAG report on Rafale didn't take into account the waiver of bank guarantee.
