The Worst Production Mishaps and Mistakes in Film/TV History

The latest episode of Game of Thrones featured a noticeably misplaced, modern-looking coffee cup. Whether it was from Starbucks or not, there's no denying–somebody fucked up, big time. In the world of Westeros, there's no way a plain ol' cardboard cup of joe could make a lick of sense. And HBO even responded, putting out a snarky statement about the gaff before wiping the cup from the episode completely.

But Game of Thrones is by no means the first major production from film and TV history to make some seriously insane blunders. In fact, compared to some others big mistakes, the Winterfell Latte seems like nothing.
