Pakistani popcorn seller arrested for building a mini plane

The engine is from a roadcutter, the wings are burlap, the wheels are borrowed from a rickshaw: Pakistani Muhammad Fayyaz worked as a popcorn seller during the day, and as a security guard by night, to save every rupee he could to build his own mini-plane.
